Mother Nature did her best... but I'm back online anyway

Sunday evening at 6 pm a severe storm passed through the Ottawa Valley, damaging quite a few properties and knocking my cottage off the power grid. The power is not expected to be fully restored in the area for another five days. Today I've returned to my parish and will resume postings on the blog.

  1. I heard about that storm...freaky! There was a concert in the valley, and the wind collapsed the stage on the band...Cheap Trick. The band, not the stage's collapsing... ;D

By th' way, your SoapSox should be there soon. When I mailed them, the guy at the counter warned me that there was a bit of a backlog, and that delivery could take a couple of weeks.
