Despite what the article says this is not a"values and morals" debate, it truly is an education debate. I have several acquaintances who side with the anti-vaxxers and spout the most ridiculous claims about vaccines. Reading a few articles about the ant-vaxxers claims allowed me to shoot down their assertions. Is it a values issue when a person decries vaccinations because they contain mercury. No. Because you tell them it contains less mercury than a tuna sandwich and they have learnt something. If it is about values then the only value is that they need to fact over fiction when it comes to this topic.
