I do not agree with this writer's take on this issue, but if this blog is to really be a place 'where the rubber hits the road', it's an appropriate article to post here. What's your 'take'?

  1. He is misinformed as to who speaks for the Catholic Church, he seems to think it is a democracy .

    1. You seem proud of the fact that the laity has no representative voice in church doctrine and dogma, Patricia. So do you believe that it's a good thing when the followers agree with so little of what the church they were raised in teaches? You believe that they are all wrong and the bishops all right?

      If it's true it is very sad.
