Mecca Demographics alone points out that there is a coming confrontation between Muslims and the West. With birthrates throughout the western world having fallen below replacement levels while Muslims continuing for at least the first generation of their arrival as immigrants into western countries. This demographic reality has created a great deal of disquiet among Christians and the 'chattering classes'.  IMHO, Christians should have confidence in the forces of western secularism rather than fear the 'Islamification' of culture, as seems to be the opinion of a significant percentage of frightened western citizens. Consider that as recently as the 1960's, Christian values and religious standards were enshrined as the dominant societal consensus. This is not an advancement of this issue. Too bad the police didn't consider this when they so brutishly assaulted the rights of victims to remain anonymous if they so choose to do so by violating both clergy and medical privilege. The consequences of their actions has only served to slow the process of justice for the victims of clergy sex abuse. UNBELIEVABLE!!! They dug open the graves and opened the coffins of dead churchmen to search for documents that may have been buried with the corpse. Have you ever heard of such an outrageous act being done to members of any other group? It is also clear that the families were not even notified in advance by the Police. If the Police dig up your loved one, without your consent or knowledge to ensure that you did not hide documents in the grave, how would you react? OUTRAGE should not even begin to capture how offensive this act is! There are limits to the states power. Once again the Canadian Human Rights Commission has set its perverted gaze upon a Christian organization, this time threatening "Christian Horizons" with the loss of its charitable status since it does not limit its ministry to just Christians. Christian Horizons, an organization that provides residential care services to severely handicapped persons, has been brought before the H.R.C. by an employee who was dismissed for living in a lesbian relationship despite signing a Christian code of conduct statement as part of her employment that forbid employees from living in such a non-biblical relationship. The ruling of the HRC tribunal was that since Christian Horizons did not limit itself to providing care to only Christians, it could not demand that its employees live in accordance with biblical principles.
