Well, it's been a hell of a ride, laying rubber all over the road for the past decade. But it's time to call it a day and park the Rogue in the garage. Effective today, I am shutting down my blog to focus my attention on other endeavours. My thanks to the more than 2.7 million people who regularly joined me on these sojourns through news stories over the years that dealt with the places with issues of religion and faith intersecting with public affairs. May God bless you with a continuing desire to learn about and help disseminate the issues of faith throughout the public square. Happy trails in your continuing travels! Fr. Tim Moyle, p.p. Reflections from the pastoral ministry of an Evangelical Catholic Priest.
Many cultures historically and currently practice female infanticide. Now that prenatal sex testing is practical, sex selective abortion is very popular. Korea is such a society. It is overwhelmingly evangelical and charismatic Christian. Go figure.
ReplyDeleteI am not aware that the secular and largely godless cultures of Scandinavia, Germania or the previous Soviet Union and it's many satellites engage in sex selective practices, either before or after birth.
Hindus and Muslims usually like to let the girls grow up to see if they are properly submissive before deciding whether to kill them or not.
I think Planned Parenthood will apprise the parents of fetal sex. They will also provide abortion services or referral if so desired. I don't think they have a policy of providing sex selective abortions, do you?
You just don't like Planned Parenthood. Nothing new there. Does this make you a hater and a bigot? No, just a partisan.
Your treatment of women, homosexuals, Francophones who have turned their back on Catholicism and Muslims make you a hater and a bigot.
