I've always liked Conrad Black. I may not always agree with what he writes, but he says it so well!

  1. all of a sudden Mr Black seems to feel the need to be a Canadian..there is no doubt he is very articulate and writes well but i believe he is a "citizen of convenience"

  2. I've always like the cut of Tubby's jib, me own self. Any man who's not afraid to live with the woman who single-handedly threw this country into the throes of Trudeamania deserves his honors!

And no one can stop him from being a Canadian, Mary. He was born in this country. And while it's possible to rewrite a certain amount of history (or at least put a slant on it, as victors are wont to do), we can't erase public records. Not with so many people watching.

But I've never really understood the objection some people have to his titles. Wassamatta wit' dem...jealousy?
