This is in my back yard, so you know I'm watching this very, very closely! And like you, I'm finding it hard to believe that anyone took the opening bid to form a union seriously! But I try not to underestimate the power of human stupidity...
ReplyDeleteWhat are they gonna do with it if they get it? Strike for higher wages? Better working conditions? More benefits? More vacation time? Can't wait to see that picket line when they're all under lockdown. And just how do they propose to collect dues?
And then there's gonna be the issue of prisoners who don't want to join a union. Can't wait for the first lawsuit over that, too...
