you have to had it to Conrad...he speaks with the same authority and know-it-all attitude as he robs people of their life savings (Hollinger) and defies court orders....there seems to be no end to his arrogance. The newspaper sure was desperate to fill up the page...he should have the title of Count....the Count of no account.
