A tough call: Does conscience protection excuse a health professional from providing after-abortion care?

  1. This is a tough call. Since this is more in line with after-care and prevention of harm coming to another individual I think that the pharmacist should have filled the medication.

  2. In my opinion....in this specific case, this pharmacist should had filled the prescription. This pharmacist did not fill the prescription but also hung up on this person who was requesting this special medicine. This is rude, cruel & very unprofessional. Even it was for a female who just had an abortion, this ill female still needs to be looked after.

By this pharmacist actions & reactions probably believes this female deserves not to have this medicine & she should pay with pain for having the abortion even if it takes this sick female's life. (wasting precious time, every minute counts)

This pharmacist gives Pro-Lifers a bad name.

This is what I call a radical pro-life nut!

All good things must come to an end

Well, it's been a hell of a ride, laying rubber all over the road for the past decade. But it's time to call it a day and park the Rogue in the garage. Effective today, I am shutting down my blog to focus my attention on other endeavours. My thanks to the more than 2.7 million people who regularly joined me on these sojourns through news stories over the years that dealt with the places with issues of religion and faith intersecting with public affairs. May God bless you with a continuing desire to learn about and help disseminate the issues of faith throughout the public square. Happy trails in your continuing travels! Fr. Tim Moyle, p.p.
