Well, it's been a hell of a ride, laying rubber all over the road for the past decade. But it's time to call it a day and park the Rogue in the garage. Effective today, I am shutting down my blog to focus my attention on other endeavours. My thanks to the more than 2.7 million people who regularly joined me on these sojourns through news stories over the years that dealt with the places with issues of religion and faith intersecting with public affairs. May God bless you with a continuing desire to learn about and help disseminate the issues of faith throughout the public square. Happy trails in your continuing travels! Fr. Tim Moyle, p.p. Diocese of Pembroke
Reflections from the pastoral ministry of an Evangelical Catholic Priest.
if the information in this article is true and this Bishop is elected it only will confirm most people's belief that madness is not limited to the asylum. I know very little about the politics of the higher up but where is the Apostolic Delegate in all of this? Why is he not educating these men in their duty to be shepherds and lead by example. Any Bishop who knowingly aided or abetted these sick men should be in jail and not be involved in elections...until these men cease and desist the Church will never be able to move forward and people will go on claiming there is a law for the rich , one for the poor and one for clergy. I know almost nothing about the ordination process but to know u ordained a drunken molester and say u would do it again leaves one to wonder about your understanding of the qualities that make a good priest...we need to pray that The Holy Spirit will guide all those casting a vote
ReplyDeleteGood for you Mary G.
