  1. Here's an article claiming PM Thatcher's fundamental economic policies were Catholic at a fundamental level.

    I view it as a rather revisionist attempt to give cover to a lot of regressive practices that go against the letter and spirit of Catholic social justice teachings ( http://www.usccb.org/beliefs-and-teachings/what-we-believe/catholic-social-teaching/seven-themes-of-catholic-social-teaching.cfm ) in attempt to put a Catholic cover on some of the more extreme forms of capitalism we "enjoy" today.

    I'd be interested to hear your take on this.
