Well, it's been a hell of a ride, laying rubber all over the road for the past decade. But it's time to call it a day and park the Rogue in the garage. Effective today, I am shutting down my blog to focus my attention on other endeavours. My thanks to the more than 2.7 million people who regularly joined me on these sojourns through news stories over the years that dealt with the places with issues of religion and faith intersecting with public affairs. And , now, if Cardinal Dolan would just apologize to the Catholics in the Diocese of Milwaukee, which was bankrupted under his watch, and for which he connived to hide $50 million dollars from victims of sexual abuse by clergy, by hiding the $50 million in a fund, purportedly to cover Perpetual Care for graveyards. What a nose -stretcher that was, one the Appeals Court Judge could not swallow. That story still is unfinished business, so I am told by my friends and relatives in Milwaukee !

ReplyDeleteThe Vortex has a VERY telling item about Cardinal Dolan, and his buffoonery under the date of May 1, 2013.
I think it should be here also, just to let people know the Cardinal has his feet solidly entrenched in the muck of Obama, and other junk.
