Well, it's been a hell of a ride, laying rubber all over the road for the past decade. But it's time to call it a day and park the Rogue in the garage. Effective today, I am shutting down my blog to focus my attention on other endeavours. My thanks to the more than 2.7 million people who regularly joined me on these sojourns through news stories over the years that dealt with the places with issues of religion and faith intersecting with public affairs. May God bless you with a continuing desire to learn about and help disseminate the issues of faith throughout the public square. Happy trails in your continuing travels! Fr. Tim Moyle, p.p. Reflections from the pastoral ministry of an Evangelical Catholic Priest.
We waited until around 7 last evening over at the farm.
ReplyDeleteLarry: My apologies. When I went to the cottage I discovered that the comment I had saved with your phone numbers disappeared from the site with the change of year. I also had to return home for another funeral here this morning. (The flu bug has taken out five residents since Dec 23rd and I've been bouncing back and forth from funerals there and here.) Once again, I am very sorry for the confusion. I would have driven to the farm to tell you all this but I don't know where it is!
ReplyDeleteCan we try again for this coming week? I plan to be at the cottage for Monday if that would work for you. If that's not good for you, I hope we can work out another date at your earliest convenience. Perhaps you and Arden would let me cook for you at my place since you've already had to prepare one meal for a 'no show' guest?
Fr. Tim
P.S. Could you please send me an email at my address (tim.moyle@stannesparish.ca) so that we can have a less public forum to work out the details.
DeleteThanks.
