Suzanne: I didn't notice that it was an old story! It was included on my RRS feed yesterday as a new one. Given the headline and topic, it seemed an important story since it was announcing a 'major change' in Church policy.

This seems to be a fairly big step back by Benedict from previous statements on condoms. Wonder how the Vatican's rarified little garden of purple pansies will spin it, don't you?
