  1. Hi Father Tim! I too was surprised by the Archbishop's 'suggestions'. I suppose he can get marks for speaking up, however as you rightly point out, his approach (and theology) is inconsistent. Secondly, it seems to me that the best 'use' of married couples is not during the homily but in their willingness to be couple to couple supports for younger married people in the parish. Many fine couples offer great service by what they share during Marriage Preparation.
