A fascinating video put out by the Lutherans that explains why the Christian prohibition against gay marriage is not an example of scriptural 'cherry-picking' - or 'Why it's OK to eat bacon-wrapped scallops but not to get married to someone of the same gender!'

  2. Cliff: What does it mean? It means that Lutherans are Christians... just as Catholics are! The RC Church doesn't possess a monopoly on wisdom and understanding, therefore it can be found in many other Christian churches and communions too.
