  1. No, never ever. Because the basis of sexual relationships is consent. That's why sex with minors is wrong, because the minor is not mature enough to give consent, it is why rape is wrong, because the person being raped did not give consent and it is why sex in many situations between a superior and a worker is wrong because there is a explcit power relationship between the person in power and the person dependent upon it. It is just the NP fear mongering.
