New Evidence Suggests Biblical Great Flood of Noah's Time Happened, Archaeologist Says - ABC News

  1. There was flooding but not a flood as in the Bible. That this flooding influenced the Biblical story is perhaps obvious as stories of floods fill other ancient narratives as well. I don't know if the other narratives attributed a divine reprimand as the cause of such a global genocide or attempted to attribute some ethical message to such murder.
