Are there ANY qualifications required to be elected governor of Texas? As hard as it to imagine... this yokel makes George W. look smart! He's been twice (or more) elected Governor of Texas and yet if this video is representative of the man, I have no doubt that he'd flunk out of 'Are You Smarter that a 5th Grader?' with empty pockets. Yikes!

    Ouch! is right Rick. That was painful to watch. I feel bad for the guy, but what are you going to do when you can't remember which agency you want to axe? Definitely not presidential timber. Obama would unfortunately toast you in a debate.

    Hi Marc

    I don't follow US politics that close to agree or disagree with you whether this guy is presidential material or not. He obviously had a mental block there. I will however offer the link below to demonstrate that Obama, in the absence of his teleprompter can be just as bad.
