Archbishop Lori calls four new transitional deacons to be ‘gentle in ministry’

Zach Crowley on far left - Evan Ponton on far right

I had the honor of participating in this ordination ceremony as both Zach Crowley and Evan Ponton became friends during my sabbatical stay at St. Mary's Seminary. Any diocese would be blessed to count either of these excellent men as clerics. Baltimore is doubly blessed to have them both. Thank you Zach and Evan for allowing me to concelebrate your ordinations. May you both be blessed with a ministry as rich and fulfilling as mine has been.

Ad multos annos!!
