Well, it's been a hell of a ride, laying rubber all over the road for the past decade. But it's time to call it a day and park the Rogue in the garage. Effective today, I am shutting down my blog to focus my attention on other endeavours. My thanks to the more than 2.7 million people who regularly joined me on these sojourns through news stories over the years that dealt with the places with issues of religion and faith intersecting with public affairs. This is a good thing. A couple can have a child that previously couldn't. But the better thing is yet to come, I hope. The better thing will involve the parents helping each other through the pregnancy, the birth, the raising of the child, the teaching of the child, the good times and the struggles. The best part is being a parent to that child for the rest of one's life. The mechanics of how the child was conceived pale in comparison of the good to come. It would be better if that was emphasized nuch, much more than the conception.
