Here's a little tidbit I stumbled across today that might be of interest to others. It's a credal type expression of the minimums required to be considered an 'ontological', 'believing' and/or 'practicing' Christian. It actually seems pretty close to the mark imho. Anyway, it goes like this: Bare minimum to be an *ontological* Christian: Baptism Bare minimum to be a *believing* Christian: Belief in the Trinity: Three Persons in One God--Father, Son, Holy Spirit. (The Son became Incarnate--Jesus Christ.) Bare minimum to be a *practicing* Christian: Be in a state of grace, i.e., not committing mortal sin. Think you'd qualify under these conditions?
