Theology has long taught it is wrong to only view God as a cosmic clockmaker, but it is also true that we should always find awe in our hearts and minds when we discover another bit of how God wrought and sustains the universe.<br /><br />Bishop Fred Henry, when he was one of my seminary professors, wisely taught that Catholics should have a bible in one hand and a newspaper, journal, or text in the other.
