One...I have been free of smoking for 28 years now. One day, knowing my 3-large packs a day were killing me, I prayed as follows.<br />Dear God, I know this stuff is killing me. I can only quit with Your help. Please Help me! In your Son's Holly Name I ask this.<br />I carried a pack of cigs. and lighter, in my pocket for around 4 weeks before I threw them away.<br />I knew that the nearness of them was not how I would start smoking again: It would only be when I ignored the Grace of God.<br />Never did puff one again, by the Grace of God.<br />If you ask, it will be given unto you.
