Ev...I actually see evidence of this every day, JP. Even moms who are careful what they feed to their offspring are not so careful when it comes to themselves. They rationalize that "just this once," a sugar-loaded snack or drink won't hurt them, when they're rushed off their feet, have no time to prepare their own food carefully, and hunger pangs are making them edgy and snappish.
