That our emotional side leads us to truths as well.<br /><br />While science, through the scientific method, posits a methodology of judging the veracity of competing claims how do emotional claims on the nature of God and creation get evaluated. Is there any way that says a sincere Catholic with a positive emotional experience at the Eucharist is any for valid than a Jehovah's Witness, or a Hindu, or a Zoroastrian.<br /><br />I know some people, friends of mine, who have spiritual beliefs that I find incredulous from a rational point of view, but I don't doubt their sincere beliefs.
